Resumen

En este trabajo presentamos el estudio de la magnetoresistencia Ap / po del compuesto ternario Cu2GeSe3 tipo-p en función de campo magnético, de 2 a 16 kG, y en un rango de temperaturas de 80 a 300 K. DEl ajuste de la magnetoresistencia se obtienen los valores de la movilidad de arrastre de los portadores, observandose una clara dependencia con la movilidad de Hall, donde el factor de Hall es cercano a la unidad.

Abstract

In this work we present the study of the magnetoresistance Ap / po of the ternary compound Cu2GeSe3 depending on magnetic field, from 2 to 16 kg, and in a range of temperatures from 80 to 300 K. Of the adjustment of the magnetoresistence there are obtained the values of the mobility if dragging of the carriers, a clear dependence being observed by Hall's mobility, where Hall's factor is near to the unit.
