| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo general de la presente investigación fue analizar las variables de vinculación de las universidades con el
sector productivo para el desarrollo tecnológico de las organizaciones. Asumiendo una concepción epistemológica enmarcada en el racionalismo, se seleccionó el método deductivo. El proceso de investigación se inició con la formulación de una pregunta de investigación: ¿Requieren las organizaciones un conocimiento para el desarrollo tecnológico por medio de la vinculación
universidad-sector productivo? Seguidamente, se formuló una hipótesis teórica H: la tecnología es un proceso organizado, la
cual permitió el desarrollo de las teorías de la organización: comportamiento organizacional y el clima organizacional.
Dichas estructuras teóricas posibilitaron la derivación de las variables de vinculación universidad-sector productivo hacia una visión para el desarrollo tecnológico de las organizaciones. | es_VE |
