Abstract
En este artículo, se analiza la exigencia de registro como elemento estructural del tipo objetivo de los delitos relativos a la propiedad industrial contemplados en el artículo 273 del Código penal español. Asimismo, se abordan las pricipales
implicaciones que tal exigencia tiene en el alcance de la protección penal de los elementos de la propiedad industrial
referidos en el indicado precepto, Tales bienes son: la invención, el modelo de utilidad, el diseño industrial y la
topografía de productos semiconductores.
