dc.description.abstractEn este artículo se plantea el problema que existe en las organizaciones distribuidas para generar toma de decisiones oportunas, se presenta la revisión bibliográfica sobre estudios efectuados en empresas usando la teoría de sistemas multiagentes (SMA), y finalmente se propone una primera aproximación del proceso de toma de decisiones usando SMA en organizaciones dispersas geográficamente.es_VE
