dc.description.abstractEn la historia de los últimos ocho años de la política exterior venezolana, destacan los diálogos diplomáticos con el continente africano. La Agenda África representa el nuevo medio organizativo, no sólo derivado por la creación de un viceministerio donde se concibe un enfoque de lo que representa África para el país, una idea de la cooperación en el ámbito del Sur y un esfuerzo por construir rutas diferentes en el trato y relaciones con los Estados africanos, sino porque responde a una concepción del Estado venezolano hacia el mundo y su propio proyecto político.es_VE

Th e Africa Agenda represents a new organizational tool that is not a by-product of the creation of a vice-ministry that has its own view of what Africa means to the country and a conception of South- South cooperation as part of an eff ort to build new roads in the exchanges and relations with the African states, but as something that responds to the worldview and political project of the Venezuelan State.es_VE
