dc.description.abstractPara efecto de este ensayo dedicaremos el análisis a los siguientes aspectos: a) la configuración teórica de la organización, b) la figura humana de la organización y c) el carácter complejo de la organización. En el primer caso, se tomaran algunos autores del campo de la administración, en el segundo, la obra de Barroso (2011) servirá para juntar algunos elementos que están detrás de la acción de un gerente, y por último, el tercer análisis lo fundamentará la obra de Morín (2006).es_VE
