dc.description.abstractEste artículo contiene resultados del estudio prospectivo de la formación de administradores, al horizonte 2025. La metodología que se utilizó es la prospectiva y estratégica, cuya caja de herramientas contiene dos fases: La prospectiva y la diagnóstica. El eje central de este estudio es el contexto que afrontan los Administradores, en cuanto a la educación y el sector productivo. Se tomó el caso de la formación de los administradores de empresas de la Universidad del Valle de la sede de Buga. Este estudio permitió un acercamiento con los actores y expertos que están estrechamente vinculados con estos estudiantes, se logró identificar las situaciones que influirán en la formación de los estudiantes de la carrera administración de empresas, para el año 2025.es_VE
