| dc.description.abstract | Introducimos al lector mediante un esbozo histórico
del último tercio del Siglo XX. De ahí pasamos a
problematizar la articulación los factores que deter-
minan el proceso. Esto lo retomamos para contex-
tualizarlo en el marco de la nueva (no tanto) división
internacional del trabajo. Seguimos el proceso de
problematización como hilo conductor del trabajo
para exponer el asunto de las inercias en la planea-
ción de la educación tecnológica, ante los ajustes
estructurales recurrentes dictados por la tendencia
neoliberal. Ello nos permite, analizar la situación del
mercado de trabajo, ante la perspectiva de los planes
nacionales de desarrollo (en México); así como cono-
cer las políticas de planeación en el marco de dichos
ajustes. Finalmente, arriesgamos una hipótesis sobre
el futuro de la fuerza de trabajo en el contexto ana-
lizado y presentamos algunas conclusiones derivadas

| dc.description.abstract1 | We introduce the reader through a historical sketch
of the last third of the 20th century. From there we
turn to the problematic of the articulation of the fac-
tors that determine the process. This is for the con-
text of the new international division of labor. We
follow the process of problematization as the gui-
ding thread of the work to expose the issue of inertia
in the planning of technological education, before
the recurrent adjustments dictated by the neolibe-
ral trend. This allows us to analyze the situation of
the labor market, considering the perspective of the
national development plans (in Mexico); As well
as knowing the planning policies in the framework
of these adjustments. Finally, we risk a hypothesis
about the future of the workforce in the analyzed
context and present some conclusions derived from
