dc.description.abstractEste artículo abordará los aspectos conceptuales fundamentales de la palabra bhakti o devoción aplicada al arte en general, y a la danza Odissi de la India en particular. Sus fundamentos en la búsqueda de realización espiritual será la base relacional para entender su vinculación con el rasa, teoría estética india, la entrega, la práctica espiritual o sadhana y la renuncia al ego para alcanzar su fi n último de Unión con lo divino a través del estado místico de la devoción. Se han utilizado valiosas entrevistas a maestros- coreógrafos, bailarines e investigadores de la Danza Odissi en India y España.es_VE

dc.description.abstract1This article will address the fundamental conceptual aspects of the word bhakti or devotion applied to the art in general, and to the Odissi dance of India in particular. Its foundations in the search for spiritual realization will explain the relational basis to understand its connection with rasa, Indian aesthetic theory, surrender, sadhana or spiritual practice and the renunciation of the ego in order to achieve the ultimate goal of Union with the Divine through the mystical state of devotion. For this, interviews to masters- choreographers, dancers and researchers both in India and Spain, hae been of fundamental value.es_VE
