| dc.description.abstract | De la tradición arquitectónica andina venezolana se reflexiona en torno a dos
consideraciones epistemológicas: por una parte, desvelar un saber oculto y
soterrado que según Michael Foucault ha sido históricamente sometido por
las sociedades formales; y por otra, evidenciar su relación con la complejidad
ecológica descrita por Edgar Morín: la eco-organización, el cerebro colectivo
y el pensamiento ecológico de una sociedad. Apoyamos estas miradas en los
abordajes investigativos del arquitecto Nuere Matauco y Graziano Gasparini en
el análisis de la arquitectura histórica y tradicional. Se vislumbra así, una realidad
en la que se entretejen en el tiempo hilos conductores del saber tradicional que
se proyectan en la materia (la arquitectura) a través de la tradición. Desde esta
aproximación buscamos un método de análisis para una arquitectura, anónima,
oculta, no documentada de manera formal, presente en el paisaje cultural y la
memoria colectiva viva en el saber histórico. Buscamos evidenciar el espíritu de
la materia presente en la arquitectura tradicional y el paisaje cultural.

| dc.description.abstract1 | Two epistemological considerations are reflected on the Venezuelan
Andean architectural tradition: on the one hand, revealing a hidden and
buried knowledge that, according to Michael Foucault, has been historically
subdued by formal societies; and on the other hand, to demonstrate its
relationship with the ecological complexity described by Edgar Morín: the
eco-organization, the collective brain and the ecological thought of a society.
We support these views in the investigative approaches of the architect Nuere
Matauco and Graziano Gasparini in the analysis of historical and traditional
architecture. Thus, a reality is glimpsed in which the common threads of
traditional knowledge that are projected on the material (architecture)
through tradition are interwoven over time. From this approach we seek a
method of analysis for an architecture, anonymous, hidden, not formally
documented, present in the cultural landscape and the collective memory
alive in historical knowledge. We seek to demonstrate the spirit of the matter
