| dc.description.abstract | Esta 38ª edición de CAYAPA Revista Venezolana de Economía Social
presenta una selección de seis artículos de investigación que coinciden en
mostrar propuestas de territorialización del desarrollo sostenible incorporando
innovaciones ante las oportunidades de la Cuarta Revolución Industrial.
Estamos en un contexto donde la Inteligencia Artifi cial y la digitalización están
incidiendo en la gestión pública y la salud colectiva, por lo que los trabajos
aquí reunidos ofrecen una mirada crítica y propositiva desde una perspectiva
posible de la academia venezolana, anclada en la realidad municipal, la
innovación agrícola y la epistemología del cuidado comunitario. La edición
se complementa con una reseña de libro, una sección con un seminario de
investigación y una sección dedicada a eventos de innovación social que une

| dc.description.abstract1 | This 38th edition of CAYAPA Venezuelan Journal of Social Economy
presents a selection of six research articles that share a common focus on
proposals for the territorialisation of sustainable development, incorporating
innovations in response to the opportunities presented by the Fourth Industrial
Revolution. We fi nd ourselves in a context where Artifi cial Intelligence and
digitalisation are having an impact on public administration and public health;
consequently, the works gathered here offer a critical and proactive perspective
from a possible angle within Venezuelan academia, rooted in municipal reality,
agricultural innovation and the epistemology of community care. The issue is
complemented by a book review, a section featuring a research seminar, and
a section dedicated to social innovation events that bring together researchers
