Abstract
A través de estereotipos y normas de cortesía
institucionalizados por la costumbre social,
aparecen sorpresivos e inopinados signos culturales rastreados en el uso cotidiano y protocolar de un lenguaje que confi gura unas particulares cartas de petición. Éstas exhiben, en una oblicua ingenuidad, las marcas imborrables de su género; fechas,
encabezamientos, cuerpo peticionario, saludos
del emisor y timbres de recepción. Este anclaje espacio- temporal constituye un testimonio de prueba jurídica para acusar el haber sido escrito en determinadas circunstancias y en un tiempo y espacio real que refi ere testimonialmente la dictadura en Chile entre 1973-1984.
