Abstract
Este ensayo trata del lenguaje de la ley, la jurisprudencia y la doctrina jurídica desde
el punto de vista de las tres funciones básicas del lenguaje en general que la lógica
considera, esto es, la función informativa, la directiva y la expresiva.
