Abstract
Para el presente texto partimos de lo que hemos planteado en otros escritos acerca del Conflicto y cómo lo definimos, abordamos y entendemos. Asumimos que el conflicto se trata de posiciones antagónicas, de la dificultad de concertar respecto a un asunto, de estar en desacuerdo. Entendemos el conflicto como algo natural, dinámico, necesario, inherente al ser humano, útil, inevitable y constante, a saber dónde hay vida siempre hay y habrá conflicto. Ahora bien, ante la inexorabilidad del conflicto hemos planteado que lo más recomendable que podemos hacer es modificar la forma en la cual abordamos la situación conflictiva de manera tal que se pueda convertir en una oportunidad para el crecimiento, para ello planteamos que es muy pertinente y útil analizar el conflicto en diferentes partes para efectos de su comprensión y lectura con apoyo de diversos recursos teóricos.

| Resumen en otro Idioma | For this text we start from what we have raised in other writings about Conflict and how we define, approach and understand it. We assume that the conflict is about antagonistic positions, the difficulty of agreeing on an issue, of being in disagreement. We have also already said that we understand conflict as something natural, dynamic, necessary, inherent to human beings, useful, inevitable and constant, knowing where there is life there always is and will be conflict. Now, given the inexorability of the conflict, we have proposed that the most advisable thing we can do is to modify the way in which we approach the conflict situation in such a way that it can become an opportunity for growth, for this we propose that it is very pertinent and It is useful to analyze the conflict in different parts for the purposes of its understanding and reading with the support of various theoretical resources. |
