dc.description.abstractEste artículo trata sobre las pautas de crianza de niños y niñas practicadas por las familias en la ciudad de Mérida y su relación con la educación inicial, aplicando categorías y nociones antropológicas. Se usaron algunas técnicas etnográfi cas para recoger la información, mostrando la utilidad de esta metodología en el ámbito educativo. Se realizaron observaciones y entrevistas abiertas con madres, padres, familiares y docentes de educación preescolar, elaborándose un registro exploratorio de creencias y prácticas familiares en la ciudad, vinculadas a patrones de crianza rurales que se mantienen vigentes en la actualidad. Se encontró que estas creencias y prácticas se confrontan con las que se intenta establecer en las instituciones preescolares. También se observó en las entrevistas una actitud ambigua de las docentes que, en su vida cotidiana, comparten, conviven y creen en esas prácticas pero las rechazan en su rol como educadoras.es_VE

dc.description.abstract1This article tries on you rule of raising of children and children practiced by the families in the city of Merida and its relation with the initial education, applying to categories and anthropological slight knowledge. Some ethnographic techniques were used to pick up the information, being shown the utility of this methodology in the educative scope. Observations and open interviews with educational mothers, parents, relatives and of preschool education were realised, making an exploratory registry of beliefs and familiar practices in the city, tie to rural landlords of raising that stay effective at present. One was that these beliefs and practices are confronted with which it is tried to establish in the pre-school institutions. Also an ambiguous attitude of the educational ones was observed in the interviews that, in their daily life, shares, they coexist and they create in those beliefs and practices reject but them in their roll like educators.es_VE
